What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message about habit or planning needs.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s local storage when you accept or reject the cookie notice (see Cookies).
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical logs (IP address, timestamp) to deliver the site securely. We do not use those logs for advertising profiles.
We do not run analytics pixels, Google Analytics, or third-party marketing trackers on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your data is sent via POST to /api/inquiry on digital-craft.digital. The handler stores messages only long enough to reply and coordinate sessions. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
- Inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact unless you ask us to delete sooner or we must keep records for legal reasons.
- Consent records in your browser: until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@digital-craft.digital. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
International transfers
If you email us from outside Thailand, your message may be processed on servers located in Thailand or where our email provider hosts mailboxes. We use providers with appropriate safeguards.
Children
Our services address adults making personal plans. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
