Planning Sessions

Our planning sessions are built for one person (or a couple making shared decisions) at a time. We are not a workshop venue and we do not run open enrollment groups.

What happens in the room

A typical first meeting lasts about seventy-five minutes at our Rawai Beach Road space—or by video if you note that preference in your inquiry. We start from your calendar reality: commute windows, caregiving, and energy dips in tropical heat.

You describe the habit or project that keeps stalling. We capture constraints on a single sheet, then co-write:

  • A starting ritual small enough to survive a disrupted morning
  • If-then rules for common obstacles (rain, late shipments, visitors)
  • A fortnight checkpoint with measurable observations, not vanity metrics

Follow-ups are shorter. We compare your notes to the plan, retire steps that never happened, and add the next experiment.

Written deliverable

Every session ends with a PDF action plan emailed to you. It lists decisions made, assigned dates, and what to ignore until the next review. You may share it with an accountability partner; we do not publish client names or stories on this site.

Availability and fees

Session cadence and pricing are confirmed only after we understand your goals. Listing a price here would be misleading because packages are not finalized business facts. Use the contact form to describe your situation.

Prepare for your inquiry

Bring one habit or decision area—not a full life overhaul. Examples clients mention: keeping a strength routine between travel weeks, finishing a certification while working odd hours, or reducing evening screen time without isolating from family abroad.
